with the sale of these items and/or service. BUYer shall not
be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any

Motorsport Parts
All Motorsport parts,
performance parts and or parts and items listed in the
Motorsports section of this web site are sold "AS
IS" without any warranty whatsoever. Implied
warranties, including warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. The entire
risk as to the quality and performance of such parts is with
the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their
purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or
retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing
or repair. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON PERFORMANCE PARTS.
MOTORSPORT PARTS ARE DESIGNED
FOR OFF-HIGHWAY OR RACING USE.
Because U.S., Canadian, state
or provincial laws and regulation may prohibit removal or
modification of components that were installed by the
vehicle's manufacturer to meet emission requirements or to
comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to
vehicles manufactured for use on public roads,
TheFordSource.com / Downs Ford Inc. recommends that vehicles
equipped with Motorsport parts not be operated on public
roads, and offers such parts only for track or off-highway
competitive or performance use. Motorsport parts are
intended for off-highway application only. Installation on a
vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate U.S.,
Canadian, sate or provincial laws and regulations including
those relating to emission requirements and motor vehicle
safety standards. In California certain parts may
legally be used on a racing vehicle which will never be
operated on public roads. In addition, installation of
Motorsport parts may adversely affect the warranty coverage
on your vehicle. Other local, state, provincial,
territorial, or international laws may apply to the use of
these parts. Please check your local laws before
purchasing or using these parts.

No returns after 10 days.
No returns or refunds on "Special Orders."
No returns on Electrical parts.
To insure full credit for your returns, please do the
following:
1. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE
WILL ACCEPT RETURN OF ANY ITEM(S) WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM DATE
OF RECEIPT. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THIS AUTHORIZED
RETURN PERIOD.
2. Visit our website and fill out the on-line form http://www.thefordsource.com/store/ran_form.htm
or email ran@TheFordSource.com
for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ("R.A.N.") After
10 days, any problems you have with your equipment should be
addressed directly to the manufacturer. Your return must be
received by TheFordSource.com / Downs Ford Inc. within
10 days from the date the R.A.N.# is issued. Customer
Support, exchange or credit issues for all items sold on
this site must be handled through this web site.
3. To assure full credit is issued, all items must be
returned in ORIGINAL condition. All warranty cards, product
manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL, unaltered condition. Do
not tape or deface manufacturer's original (product)
cartons. Returns that are received in other than ORIGINAL
condition will be assessed a 25% restock fee. SHIPPING AND
HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
4. Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton
(you may use the original shipping carton if you wish).
Print the "R.A.N." number on shipping carton. Ship
returned items back by the most convenient means. We suggest
you ship by an insurable method. Please enclose a
"copy" (keep original) of your sales receipt.
5. Credit for returns are normally processed within the same
business day we receive the merchandise. Credit will be as a
store credit or a refund applied to the credit card used
when the original order was placed at the discretion of
TheFordSource.com / Downs Ford Inc. TheFordSource.com /
Downs Ford Inc. is not responsible for merchandise damaged
by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions
specified by the manufacturer.
Customer Support and exchange or credit issues for all items
sold on this site must be handled through this web site.
