Well like clock work every 100 Miles since I put in the X pipe the Left and Right o2 sensors have been pulling a code and the CEL comes on.
Pypes who claimed it wouldn't be a problem invited me to buy high flow cats for about $600 (great customer service) to fix it. So I'm putting the cats back in and cutting the pipe to keep the X portion of it. Don't feel like dealing with the light or the emissions issues. Bottom end is horrible without enough back pressure. Im not pushing enough HP to need it anyway, just really wanted the X pipe to get rid of the drone.

Nah Rick, I honestly got side tracked with all these other people who "know a guy who knows about mustangs" so I didnt call him. I'll do that before I yank the stuff on Friday. Thanks.

i do not remember you stating that you were removing the cats, just installing an x-pipe. removing the cats will trip the cel light. there is a part you can buy that tricks the computer into thinking you have the o2 sensors installed. SCT tuners allows you to shut down the rear 02 sensors in optional parameters.  check your tuner and see if you have that option
 .
stock cats flow well
   MIL eliminators should correct your problem( go to o2 simulator/click on web site)
