New to Ford Performance but am familiar with Downs Ford.  I see that your shop sells Ford Racing Gears, do you also do gear installs at your shop?  Do you have a Ford Racing flash to correct for 3.73 or 4.10 gear or do I need to buy a tuner as well?

We do install everything we sell. Depending on the year of your vehicle most vehicle's do require a tuner to adjust the gear swap. I can be reached at 1-732-349-2240 ext 958 ask for Rick if you would like to get pricing on the items in question.
